By placing an order with 413 Kustoms LLC, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read carefully before purchasing.

Order Processing

  • Most in-stock items are processed within 1–5 business days.

  • Custom, special-order, or oversized items may require additional processing time.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Body Kits & Body Kit Combos (IMPORTANT)

  • Body kits and body kit combos are NOT kept in stock.

  • These items are special-order products shipped directly from the factory.

  • Estimated delivery time from the factory can take up to 3 months.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, freight delays, or customs clearance.

Shipping Locations

  • We ship within the United States and Puerto Rico only.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Split Shipments

  • Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability or size.

  • Tracking numbers will be provided separately as shipments go out.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking details are sent via email once your order ships.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Once an order leaves our facility or supplier, 413 Kustoms LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

  • Customers may file a dispute or claim directly with the carrier if needed.

  • We take great care when packing and preparing all orders to ensure products leave our hands properly secured.

Returns & Refund Policy

Body Kits & Body Kit Combos – NO RETURNS

  • ALL body kits and body kit combos are FINAL SALE.

  • No returns or refunds are accepted if you change your mind, ordered incorrectly, or no longer want the item.

  • The ONLY exception is if the item arrives defective or with broken parts.

Defective or Damaged Body Kits

To be eligible for review:

  • Video evidence AND clear pictures must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.

  • Evidence must clearly show the damage before installation.

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement part is approved.
Refunds are not guaranteed.

Shipping Damage Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier.

  • Customers are encouraged to file a claim directly with the carrier for shipping-related damage.

LED Lights Warranty

  • All LED lighting products sold by 413 Kustoms LLC include a 6-month warranty.

  • Warranty covers manufacturer defects only.

  • Improper installation, water damage, or misuse voids the warranty.

Other Products

  • Warranty, return, or refund eligibility for all other products varies.

  • Please refer to the individual product description for specific terms before purchasing.
